Courtyard Guest Rooms
Stay at the center of it all. Layouts push bathrooms toward the back, opening the room to natural light on both sides. King and double queen options include Valencia beds, SMEG refrigerators, and dedicated work desks. Wide balconies with generous seating pull you outdoors, with courtyard views and access so you’re always in step with what’s happening around you. These are first-floor rooms, opening straight onto the courtyard.
Tower Guest Rooms

Tower Accessible Rooms and Suites offer more room to spread out, with accessibility built in from the start. Each includes a king bed, desk, SMEG refrigerator, wardrobe, walk-in shower, and an easy lounge area. Select suites add a separate tub, double vanity, sofa seating, and connecting options. With closed captioning and clear layouts, everything works as it should and feels ready for real use.

What is the check-in time at Caravan Court?
Check-in time at Caravan Court is 3:00 pm.
What is the check-out time at Caravan Court?
Check-out time at Caravan Court is 12:00 pm. Late checkout until 3:00 pm is available for a nominal fee.
How many guests can I have in my guest room?
King rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests. Double bedded rooms accommodate up to four guests. Suites accommodate a maximum of four guests. Celebrations exceeding these limits are not permitted.
Does Caravan Court allow pets?
Caravan Court allows pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and public areas, with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet and a required waiver at check-in. A maximum of two pets is permitted, with a weight limit of 70 pounds per pet. Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome; emotional support and therapy animals are subject to the pet fee.
Does Caravan Court offer parking?
Caravan Court offers valet parking only; self-parking is not available. Valet parking is $45 per night, plus applicable taxes and gratuity. The hotel assumes no responsibility for damages, theft, or items left in vehicles.
Are there any additional fees at Caravan Court?
Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night. A 2% TPID fee also applies. The destination fee covers high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour gym access, and concierge service.
Does Caravan Court offer free Wi-Fi?
Overnight guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.
Do the guest rooms have refrigerators or microwaves?
All guest rooms at Caravan Court include a full-size non-locking SMEG refrigerator with a fully stocked honor bar containing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plus snack items available for purchase. Microwaves are not provided.
Is breakfast included with my stay at Caravan Court?
Complimentary breakfast is not included with your stay. However, we offer an on-site restaurant, The Vandy, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
When do I need to cancel my guest room at Caravan Court to avoid a penalty?
Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise noted on special event dates.
