Caravan Court operates as a cashless hotel. All transactions throughout the property are conducted via credit card, debit card, or contactless payment methods. A $100 daily incidental fee is charged at check-in and refunded within 3–5 business days if unused. A $1.90 AEAMD fee also applies.

911 may be reached directly from the guest room phone. The front desk staff is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Yes, guests may ship packages to the hotel. Package fees will apply. The first package within one week of arrival, under 50 lbs and under 5 cubic feet, is received at no charge. Additional packages are $5 each, storage is $5 per week, and oversized items are assessed individually.

All portrait sessions or photo shoots with professional camera equipment of any kind must be scheduled through the sales department and are subject to availability, hotel occupancy, and fees.

Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.

Overnight guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms.

All guest rooms at Caravan Court include a full-size non-locking SMEG refrigerator with a fully stocked honor bar containing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plus snack items available for purchase. Microwaves are available upon request.

Caravan Court offers room service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Yes, Caravan Court has a swimming pool. Lounge chairs are available to hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Private cabanas may be reserved through ResortPass, subject to availability. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM daily; food service runs Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Outside food and beverage are prohibited.

Caravan Court allows pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and public areas, with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet and a required waiver at check-in. A maximum of two pets is permitted, with a weight limit of 70 pounds per pet. Service animals as defined by the ADA are always welcome; emotional support and therapy animals are subject to the pet fee.

Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night. A 2% TPID fee also applies. The destination fee covers high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour gym access, and concierge service.
