Caravan Court Hotel Policies
Hotel Policy:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 21. Valid identification is required at check-in.
At check-in, Caravan Court will authorize your credit or debit card for the amount of the room and tax, plus $100.00 per night for incidentals. Please note that banking institutions can take between 3 to 5 business days to release the funds back to your account. The funds on hold will not be available to you during this time.
If using a debit card, please be advised that the hold will directly take place on your checking account. Please contact your financial institution for further clarification.
The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in a king-to-queen/queen or queen/queen to-queen/queen configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the hotel’s front desk directly prior to arrival. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise notated on special event dates. If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation period stated above, the forfeiture amount will be a 1-night stay plus applicable taxes.
Deposit Policy:
A credit card is required at the time of booking. Event dates are subject to advance payment and are non-refundable.
Parking Policy:
Overnight valet parking is available at $45 per night, plus taxes and gratuity.
Special event and day parking is subject to availability, and prevailing rates apply.
Caravan Court is not responsible for door dings, damages caused by fire, storm, flood, theft, vandalism, or trespassing. Caravan Court is not responsible for loss or damage of any article left in a vehicle. All claims for valet damage must be reported prior to the vehicle leaving the property. Caravan Court is not responsible for injury or damage sustained through equipment failure. Parking at Caravan Court constitutes acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.
Pet Policy:
Caravan Court allows pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and public areas, with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet and a required waiver at check-in. A maximum of two pets is permitted, with a weight limit of 70 pounds per pet.
Service animals are always welcome in accordance with the ADA’s definition of a Service Animal, which includes animals specifically trained to perform tasks for individuals with physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities.
Please note that emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to the standard pet fee and waiver.

Reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. In the event the guest fails to check in to the hotel without canceling the reservation by 6:00pm, 48-hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, one night's room and tax will be charged.
Are there any additional fees at Caravan Court?
Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night.
