Yes, as a part of Valencia Hotel Collection, Caravan Court participates in the Valued Hotel Guest (VHG) Loyalty Rewards program.
Complimentary breakfast is not included with your stay. However, we offer an on-site restaurant, The Vandy, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

To enhance air quality and contribute to the health and well-being of our Guests and Associates, Caravan Court offers a smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted in the open air designated areas, outside of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any guestroom where smoking is found to have occurred.

Overnight guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms. Dedicated Wi-Fi can be provided at an addition cost for events in our meeting space.

Early check-in may be honored based on availability of the guest room but cannot be guaranteed. Early check-in requests are handled by the front desk.
- King guest rooms can have a maximum of two guests.
- Double bedded accommodations can have up to four guests.
- Suite accommodations can have a maximum of four guests.
- Celebrations or parties requiring more than the allowed number of guests in the accommodation are not permitted.
Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.
Check out time at Caravan Court is 12:00 pm. Requests for late check-out may be offered as an add-on when confirming your reservations for a nominal fee depending on the check-out time requested. Late check-out requests not guaranteed and are handled by the front desk on the day of check-out. Latest check-out time available is 3:00 pm, after this time, the guest may be charged for an additional night stay.
You must be 21 years or older to check into the Caravan Court. Valid Identification is required at check-in
Credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted methods of payment at Caravan Court. Please be advised that at check-in, Caravan Court will charge your estimated room and tax for the duration of your stay in addition to a $100 per day incidental fee. Should no additional charges be placed on your guest room, the $50 per day incidental fee will be reimbursed to the method of payment on file within 3-5 business days. Your bank will typically place a hold on any charges or hotel authorizations. Funds put on hold by your bank cannot be used and will not be released for 3-5 business days or longer after your check-out date depending on the bank. Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night. We will charge a 2% TPID fee (mandatory Tourism Public Improvement District fee) as well.
The Destination Fee Includes:
- $18 credit that can be used toward dining at The Vandy
- High-speed Wi-Fi and 24-hour gym access.
- Concierge Service provided by the Caravan Court Front Desk.
To make a reservation at our luxury boutique hotel in Arlington, Texas you can make a reservation on our website, or you can call us at 682.217.1800 to check availability and to confirm your reservation.
Reservation confirmations are sent automatically within two hours of the reservation being completed to the email that was provided when confirming your reservation. You can also call the front desk to retrieve your confirmation number manually.
Your reservation will be held until midnight with the credit card provided at the time of confirming your reservation. If you find your arrival time will be after the 12:00am hour, please call the hotel directly so that we may update your reservation. Your credit card provided will be charged for one night’s room & tax.
Caravan Court does have an outdoor swimming pool. Maximum capacity is 60 guests of the hotel. Guests utilizing the pool must be registered as a hotel guest of Caravan Court.
Bookings or reservations of ten guest rooms or more is considered a Group booking and must go through our Group Sales Department.
Reserved rooms may not be resold to a third party or refer to your catering/sales agreement. See Details
Guest rooms are assigned by the Front Desk at check-in. Caravan Court has a limited number of connecting/adjoining rooms and your request must be made in advance and is subject to availability. To request a connecting/adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to your arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise noted on special event dates. If you confirm a non-refundable or pre-paid reservation, this policy will not apply.

Caravan Court Hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service. Renting a car, or using a taxi, Uber or Lyft is the next best option. A ride share may be obtained at the airport terminals upon arrival in the city. If a ride share is needed upon the departure from the hotel, our front desk will be happy to assist you with reserving one. The average cost for a ride share service is estimated at $50–$65 each way to and from the hotel for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (approximately 15–18 miles), and $30–$45 each way to and from the hotel for Dallas Love Field Airport (approximately 20–22 miles).

Caravan Court is not responsible for door dings, damages caused by fire, storm, flood, theft, vandalism, or trespassing. Caravan Court is not responsible for loss or damage of any article left in a vehicle. All claims for valet damage must be reported prior to the vehicle leaving the property. Caravan Court is not responsible for injury or damage sustained through equipment failure. Parking at Caravan Court constitutes acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.
All portrait sessions or photo shoots with professional camera equipment of any kind must be scheduled through the sales department and are subject to availability and hotel occupancy and subject to fees. Please contact the sales department for additional details and pricing.

All guest rooms at Caravan Court include a full-size non-locking “SMEG” refrigerator with fully stocked honor bar containing alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in addition to snack items available for purchase as a standard amenity. Should you require for items from honor bar or snacks to be removed prior to or upon arrival, an addition fee may be accessed to the guest room. Microwaves are not included inside of guest rooms.
Outside food and beverage in our courtyards, meeting spaces or outlets is not permitted and may result in additional fees.

Caravan Court allows pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and public areas, with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet and a required waiver at check-in. A maximum of two pets is permitted, with a weight limit of 70 pounds per pet.
Service animals are always welcome in accordance with the ADA’s definition of a Service Animal, which includes animals specifically trained to perform tasks for individuals with physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities.
Please note that emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to the standard pet fee and waiver.

Package Processing Fees
There will be no charge for the first package the hotel receives for a guest that is:
- Within one week of the guest’s scheduled arrival
- Less than 50 lbs.
- Less than 5 cubic feet
A package processing fee will be charged for all additional packages of $5 each.
All packages, including the first, will be charged an additional $5 per week they remain in storage.
Additional fees may be assessed on an individual basis for exceptionally large or heavy packages, pallets, and/or skids.
